Essential Wine Storage Factors We Follow

We are committed to safely storing and protecting the investment of all our clients. That is why we strictly adhere to the following key factors to proper wine storage:

Temperature and Humidity

Our team takes pride in our facility’s optimum wine storage conditions. We have installed the best refrigeration and humidifying equipment so we can maintain a constant temperature of 55 degrees and a humidity level of 65-70%. We also have a $35,000-diesel backup generator in the event of a power outage.

Inventory Control and Management

For our members’ convenience, we accept wine deliveries and shipments on their behalf. Each case and bottle we receive will be barcoded. We will also regularly provide them with a spreadsheet that shows the details and location of every bottle they have in our inventory.

24-Hour Alarm and Surveillance System

The facility is equipped with an alarm system that can detect movement within and outside the building. This makes it easier for us to secure all the bottles of wine stored in our facility. We are proud of the fact that we haven’t lost or broken any bottles for over five years.

UV Prevention

The number one factor that can change the composition of your wine is heat, so we make sure that all the cases in our facility are not exposed to any light coming from outside. All of our ceiling lights are instantly turned off when the team isn’t working.

Vibration Reduction

Minimizing all sources of vibration is essential in the proper storage of wine. This is why we utilize refrigeration equipment with isolation brackets to prevent unnecessary disturbances from happening inside our facility.
